"Purchased a briefcase for my husband a while back..."
A few years back, I got a briefcase for my husband, but sadly, the handle broke. We attempted to fix it in the UK, but no luck there. I reached out to Old Angler, and let me tell you, Mario was fantastic. He fixed the briefcase without charging anything extra. What a great service from this company!
